Russian Masters will be held from 3 – 6 February. The tournament will start on Thursday at 16:00 for local players, for all foreign players the tournament will start on Friday, February the 4th, at 10:00. The Prize Giving Ceremony takes place at the latest at 16:00 on Sunday.
Closing date for entries: Thursday, 10th January 2022.
Late entries are only acceptable before the seeding is published at the discretion of the Tournament Director and Masters Committee in the interest of the tournament.

The tournament is open for all players over 35 years on the first day of the tournament in 5-year-categories
The TD reserves the right to amalgamate age groups if there are insufficient entries to make a workable draw. Players are only allowed to enter one category.
Due to COVID-19 outbreak all the players have to obtain a Russian Visa. The Tournament Committee asks to send a copy of the first page of the passport to email@example.com right after a player has registered to the tournament (even if a player hasn't paid the tournament fee yet).
This event is open to all players who are over 35 on the first day of the event. As specified by the European Squash Federation, to compete in all ESF registered events, all players, coaches, managers and other officials must be registered with ESF. This must be approved and validated by the relevant MNF.
The MNF is responsible for ensuring that all players, coaches, managers and other officials are registered with ESF prior to entry, and their entry is fully supported.

The seeding will be carried out by the Masters Committee Seeding Panel using the latest available results and ESF Masters Rankings valid at the closing date and in accordance with the ESF Masters Circuit Guidelines.
All matches played will consist of the best of five games, under the rules of the WSF. All players are guaranteed a minimum of three matches. The Tournament Organisers will organize plate matches consisting of the best of five games. PAR 11 scoring (to 2 clear points) will be used.
Maximum draw size: 32 (4 days event).
Both players will be expected to mark and referee matches, usually the next match on the court, where they played.

There will be trophies and prizes for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place in each age group and some prizes from our sponsors. The Prize Giving Ceremony takes place at the latest at 15:00 on Sunday.
Players enter and play in the tournament at their own risk. Neither the organisers nor the ESF will accept responsibility for any claims including for injury or accident. Suitable insurance must be organised by the player or the participating federation.

€ 60 (4800 RUB) per person: Basic Entry fee (includes the ESF levy, tournament t-shirt and welcome gift)
Players can choose additional options such as transfer, meal at the venue and social event on Saturday night.
€ 40 (3200 RUB) per person: TRANSFER between arrival/departure point (airport, main railway station) and hotel*, local transport with public transportation to venue
€ 40 (3200 RUB) per person: MEAL PACKAGE 6 meals (3 lunches and 3 dinners - vegan, vegetarian, lactose free and meat options per request)
€ 25 (2000 RUB) per person: PLAYERS PARTY
We will not have a recommended hotel and recommend booking services like: hotels.com, booking.com or Airbnb for cheapest prices.
On Saturday, Feb 5th, a Players Party will be organized for all the players and guests of the tournament. The price is € 25 (2000 RUB) per person and includes dinner, dessert, drinks and great fun!
The fees and packages, as detailed below, along with the ranking levy of €5 per player must be paid to the host by the closing date via the payment page of the venue: sc-liga.tb.ru
The seeding lists and time of the first matches for specific age groups will be published 7 days prior to the start date on the ESF Website
Finalised draws for the event will be published on the ESF Website at about 17:00 on the day before the tournament.

ESF regulations & penalties
A late withdrawal is a withdrawal made 2 days or less before the start date of a tournament. Ranking penalties may be applied to the records of players who fail to turn up or who make a late withdrawal not supported by a medical certificate.
Following a withdrawal, fees and packages should be reimbursed as follows:
Withdrawal up to 30 days before the start date of a tournament: fees reimbursed in full (less bank charges).
Withdrawal 7-30 days before the start date of a tournament: 50% of fees reimbursed (less bank charges).
Withdrawal 6 days or less before the start date of a tournament: reimbursement at the discretion of the tournament organiser
If a player:
Has entered a tournament and fails to turn up, he/she may receive zero ranking points for the tournament
Fails to play out all scheduled matches for any reason other than illness or injury, he/she may receive zero ranking points for the tournament
Commits either of these offence for a second time within a 12-month period, he/she may be banned from the ESF Masters Circuit for a period of 12 months
